What does a great Senior Consumer Marketing Manager do?
We are looking for an energetic business-minded individual with an understanding of push notification best practices to join our marketing team and contribute to the success of all push marketing initiatives. To be successful, you will demonstrate the ability to lead and execute a series of well-targeted push and email marketing campaigns targeted at users for our top Digital Channels clients while working to grow consumer engagement. You will possess outstanding communication and project management skills, as well as an understanding of analytics to show the value and results of the marketing programs. This is a highly visible role both internally and externally, and a great opportunity to work directly with clients to build strategic marketing programs around the power of push notifications.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in the complex marketing of consumer products, consumer financial services, consumer technology and/or online/mobile services.
Experience in a client-facing role with proven strength in consultative selling and program management.
Additional Skills, Experience, and Education:
Strong analytical marketing or related capabilities (e.g. not purely promotional), including focus on results and continuous improvement
Outstanding communication skills and ability to know the right information to be shared with each respective audience.
Ability to design complex, integrated marketing strategies and programs that encompass the consumer experience across multiple channels, are informed by past metrics for success and are measured effectively.
Track record of success managing cross-functional teams and their contributions in complex marketing programs, monitoring and reporting on program progress, and resolving open issues to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.
Aptitude to build rapport and manage expectations with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership through regular communication and reporting on metrics and success of marketing programs.
Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple client engagements
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience with Data Analytics, Digital marketing, Consumer Marketing and/or Omni-channel marketing strategy
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills with the flexibility to shift priority projects as required
Excellent written and verbal communications including the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas
Experience excelling in a highly matrixed organization
Travel required: Up to 10% travel in continental U.S.
