Program and Project Management is responsible for playing a key or critical role in realizing business value through the application of project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet business initiative and growth strategies. Builds and maintains relationship with key decision makers or potential influencers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and Advanced Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years experience in related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred

Accountabilities

  • Drive GBS organizational alignment through seamless execution of cohesive, strategic and communication and engagement plans aligned to overall business strategy
  • Create communications and presentations for the GBS senior leaders
  • Collaborate with enterprise COEs and corporate communities in support of initiatives related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Talent Management and Planning, organizing focus group discussions, CSR activities and similar activities to strengthen employee engagement
  • Serve as liaison between team members, middle management and senior leaders regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
  • Assist GBS leadership in driving key business and cross-functional initiatives forward through effective program management and implementation or leading special projects
  • Provide oversight of key strategic initiatives and deliver status updates to GBS leadership on a regular basis
  • Ensure information is easily accessible to the senior leadership team for effective decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure contents of executive and extended leadership meetings are focused and effective
  • Plan, build content and flow and prepare presenters for all organizational Town Hall sessions and other all organization fora
  • Provide and prepare GBS senior leadership e team with content recommendations that are timely and relevant for the audience

  • Independently defines project, establishes budget, identifies participants and mitigates risk
  • Consults with management to determine project objectives with long-term implications
  • Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
