This position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza in optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The non-RN Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting performance improvement activities including the monthly quality management committee, ongoing professional practice evaluation, project management, data collection and statistical analysis, incident monitoring and investigation, and supporting clinical product line quality initiatives according to the strategic plan at The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Two years’ experience in hospital health care quality management including project management, data analysis and statistical processes, experience in providing education and presentations.
