This candidate is responsible for planning and managing the conversion of new clients plan data and installation of new plans. Reviews sold plans and project timelines with Sales to identify any non-standard provisions or services that may impact cost or MetLife’s ability to meet/exceed customer expectations.
Perform moderately complex pre-Implementation processing tasks.
Assist coordinating day-to-day client service requests.
Intermediate level subject matter expert.
Works on moderately complex projects.
Establish positive relationship with brokers; serve as point of contact throughout process.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
3+ years relevant business experience
Strong problem solving, communication and customer service skills
Detail oriented and organized
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Client-facing Project Management experience preferred
