This position is in support of the Ship Integration & Test programs within the Small Combatants & Ship Systems portfolio. Program Financial Analyst responsibilities will include overall quality and timely submittal of contract deliverables, internal financial reporting, program FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), program Earned Value Management and ensuring audit readiness across all aspects of the program. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is required for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.

Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to present financial status/issues to leadership and customers

Business case analysis and analytical skills

Earned Value Management principles Knowledgeable with LM Business systems and processes (SAP, Cobra, Hyperion, Microsoft Suite).

Ability to obtain security clearance

Desired Skills:

- Finance competencies as evidenced by related work experience in program finance and/or F&BO functions

- Ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; expertise in Microsoft Excel

- Analysis/Detail Oriented, Independent Self-Starter
