Job Description

The Coordinator of Patient Relations is responsible for

Maintaining an orgranized work flow while establishing priorities among multiple tasks

Develops and maintains patient relationships while providing service to assigned caseload

Manages customer service issues by collaborating with internal teams to reach a resolution

Interfaces regularly with internal and external personnel

Maintains high level of knowledge of programs designed to meet the needs of customers

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Ability to manage data collection and entry

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in patient advocacy, customer service and/or case management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving and issue resolution

Experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other software platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Established record and results of superior customer service


Associates Degree or combined education and experience equivalent to an Associates Degree
