Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong systems, data, and analytics background to join our Customer-Facing Digital Technology team!

Project Initiation

· Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods

· Define and confirm project scope with stakeholders

Project Planning

· Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing

· Establish and execute project communication, change management, and risk management plans

· Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans

Project Execution & Control

· Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects

· Collect data assessing progress on project deliverables and milestones

· Communicate changes to budget, scope, or timelines to relevant stakeholders

· Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

· Ensure user stories are drafted that reflect customer and end user requirements

· Facilitate user story documentation and storage in a centralized repository

· Collaborate with Global Technology Data Team on maintenance and enhancement tasks for the Core Customer Platform (CCP)

· Collaborate with US Marketing stakeholders and 3rd party vendors on planning, testing, & execution of marketing initiatives that involve customer registration and/or customer data collection

· Coordinate with Global Technology Data Analytics teams to resolve customer data issues

· Cultivate relationships with 3rd party data providers to ensure health and stability of US customer data repositories

· Manage QA test planning, execution, and defect reporting for enhancements to functionality related to US customer databases and data repositories

· Manage production issue diagnosis, investigation and resolution for customer data and mobile payments functionality

· Lead “white glove” investigations into escalated customer complaints related to mobile payments

· Lead MOP reporting discrepancy investigations from owner/operators or field personnel

· Submit MOP refund requests to acquirer processor on behalf of impacted customers

· Submit reimbursement requests to MCD Finance team on behalf of owner/operators

· Collaborate with Corporate Treasury, Global Technology US Payments Teams, and 3rd party vendors on monitoring the performance of mobile fraud mitigation solutions

Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

· PMP Certification or Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred (not required with appropriate years of project management experience)

· BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

· At least 7 years of overall experience developing and delivering information technology solutions, with a minimum of 2 years project management experience

· Strong data & analytics background, critical thinking, active listening, verbal and written communication, time management, management of personnel resources, evidence-based decision-making
