Procter & Gamble has an organization located in Cincinnati, OH fully dedicated to managing the P&G US Customer Service Business excluding Wal-Mart. The organization, known internally to P&G as US Customer Service Operations, focuses on internal and external service, cost savings, and stewardship. The Customer Service Order Management role executes strategies in partnership with customer teams to provide excellent customer service.

For this position, our ideal candidate will have the ability to utilize communication and interpersonal skills when working internally with team members and externally with the customer. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and manage a high-volume workload. We are looking for a problem-solver, who can identify process improvements, analyze data, and learn new skills when taking on new responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

We believe you will be an excellent fit here if you meet the following requirements for the role:


  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work well within a diverse team environment

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Operates with discipline - ability to follow standard operating procedures & process guidelines; attention to detail and commitment to follow up/follow through are a must

  • Ability to make clear systematic changes based on a connection to the customers operating strategy


  • Prior experience with customer service, order management, transportation and data analysis is preferred

  • SAP experience is helpful
