The Medical Devices (MD) Labeling Systems and Strategy team is recruiting for Systems Manager, Strategy and Execution located in West Chester PA, Raynham MA, or Cincinnati OH.

The Systems Manager will be part of the Medical Devices Labeling System and Strategy team supporting ePIL and eIFU programs. Using project management knowledge and tools to partner and influence the MD businesses to implement One MD technology solutions. You will have proven the ability to influence and hold accountable internal and external MD business partners to develop project plans, actively drive activities and results to meet challenging timelines, assess and mitigate risk, provide updates to core team members and provide system overviews and training. In this role, you will be responsible for execution to a strategic roadmap, support the eIFU and ePIL Governance team, providing leadership to the ePIL and eIFU system administrators and remain connected to other business initiatives that may impact the solution.

Qualifications

• A minimum undergraduate (BS/BA) degree in Engineering or a technical field

• A minimum of 6 years of business or related experience

• Experience in Quality Control, Compliance, or Regulatory.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead multiple and results-oriented projects and priorities

• Direct experience with people leadership, developing and coaching talent is required.

• Experience working in Cross Functional Teams, establishing relationships across functions and partners

• Results and performance driven – assumes personal ownership for business results and solutions; makes the customer central to all thinking

• Ability to handle and resolve conflict situations as close to win-win as possible.

• Strong decision-making capabilities; timely, independent, fact based, using all available information, to solidly support business and company policies

• Strong interpersonal skills both written & verbal

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint are required. Visio and Sharepoint are strongly preferred

• Knowledge of validation requirements for Medical Devices with demonstrated experience is preferred.

• Navigating a highly matrix organization is required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to make complex issues easy for others to understand and the ability to prepare communications for project team and executive management are required.

• End to end supply chain experience is preferred.

• Travel up to 25% required (domestic or international)

Preferred:

• Project Management Mastery or FPX certification

• Process Excellence Green Belt in Six Sigma or Lean

• Certified Quality Engineer or Auditor

• Proficient with Process Excellence tools and methodology

• Supervisory experience

• Organizational change concepts & methods

• Knowledge of QMS and Medical Device Regulations

• ISO 13485, ISO 15223. ISO 14797, ISO 11607 knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.
