Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector is looking for you to join our team as a Program Manager 3 based out of Aurora, CO or Colorado Springs, CO. This position, contingent upon award of a contract to Northrop Grumman, will lead the design, integration, and deployment of ground antennas.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of driving team performance to deliver hardware and/or software on schedule and within budget, while meeting specified requirements. The selectee will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will be adept at providing customer interface and maintaining customer satisfaction and intimacy.
Primary responsibilities of the position include:
Program startup to include establishing organization structure, hiring key leadership positions, and establishing program processes, business rhythm, and management tools
Managing a team of people with diverse skillsets across systems engineering, hardware integration, and site preparation and installation
Providing effective leadership for all personnel, regardless of geographic location
Managing performance, cost, and schedule within an earned value construct
Delivering presentations to customers, executive management, and other stakeholders
Interfacing with program functional elements to include Contracts, Business Management, Global Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance to maintain contractual terms and monitor performance against the program specifications and statement or work
Coordinating with Global Supply Chain to identify, contract with and effectively manage suppliers to ensure we meet all program objectives
Providing strong risk and opportunity management
Ensuring adherence to all applicable processes, policies, standards, and security guidance
Identifying opportunities for organic growth within the program and supporting the identification and pursuit of adjacent, related opportunities

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
Experience as a program manager, deputy PM, or IPT/functional team lead on programs developing and delivering hardware and/or software
Experience assigning and monitoring team and individual tasking to meet contractual requirements on schedule and within budget
Proven leadership and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading a development program with at least $15M in annual sales
Experience delivering capability on time for schedule constrained programs
Experience leading firm fixed price and incentive fee programs or CLINs
Experience leading an effort using Earned Value Management
Previous success in managing vendors/suppliers
Salary Minimum: $150,960
Salary Maximum: $237,762
