Manpower Group Customer Service Representative - Full-Time 2nd shift in Doral, Florida
At Stericycle Communication Solutions, we provide live operator services to various business clients across the US and Canada! We are currently looking for independent, excellent communicators to help guide incoming phone calls on behalf of our clients at our Miami/Doral location. Candidates would be responsible for handling all customer queries and using their customer service skills to provide a superior experience. Basic position requirements include:
Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone
Ability to accurately document and present information during phone interactions
Ability to multitask while on the phone
Ability to keep information confidential
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be 18 years of age or older.
