Primary Location: Estados Unidos (US) - Illinois - East Moline
Title: Material Coordinator - 74304
As a Material Coordinator at John Deere Seeding Moline, IL you will coordinate the delivery of materials to the Point of Use and resolve part availability issues. In addition, you will:
Communicate part availability issues and resolution to operations and other key stakeholders
Utilize SAP transactions to support all aspects of the material delivery process
Work critical shortage reports to ensure part availability
Work closely with several functional areas including operations, engineering, supply management, and material flow to root cause and correct material shortages, inventory discrepancies, reporting issues, COGI, and consumption issues
Implement the output from the engineering release and change management process
Actively support the Continuous Improvement process and shop floor initiatives

What Skills You Need
2 or more years with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
2 or more years working in a team environment and delivering expected results
1 or more years with experience in effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
1 or more years with organizational experience handling multiple projects or tasks
Ability to work overtime, both daily and weekend, or work off-shift
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience with SAP
Experience working in a manufacturing operations environment
Experience with Order Fulfillment, Supply Management, and/or Material Flow processes
Experience working proactively in a self-guided environment
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management, Accounting/Finance, or a related field, and/or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
