ManpowerGroup Payroll Analyst in Evansville, Indiana

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for administering payroll, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately in compliance to state and federal laws, compiling various information, generating ad-hoc reports, and providing analysis of trends. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs and implements those initiatives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be

able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to work

cooperatively with other branches, departments, and employees at all levels.

  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize and problem solve.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher.

  • Ability to interface and communicate well at the corporate level both oral and written.

  • Ability to build positive work relationships and gain influence with employees at all


  • Thorough understanding of federal and statutory laws, company policies and procedures.
