Your responsibilities (not limited):
The retention rep is responsible for retaining our existing customer base in a Call center environment. Reps are fielding inbound calls from business customers interested in disconnecting/canceling services that are usually locked into a 1-3yr contract and a fee must be paid if canceling service. The Retention agent is responsible to save the customer & Renew/Reselling.
$15.87 per hour + UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS ($18k annually) + Benefits
Paid training (+ Additional $8.65/hour)
Work schedule: M-F 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (WFH)
States: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
