BAE Systems Junior IMINT Analyst in Fort Gordon, Georgia

Job Description

BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a junior-level IMINT Analyst supporting US Army INSCOM on Ft. Gordon, GA. The candidate shall perform IMINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of EO/IR imagery to include FMV from manned and unmanned aerial systems and national means derived data. The candidate will also be expected to conduct forensic and network analysis from Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS)/FMV collection from near real-time and post-mission processed data. In addition, the candidate must process and analyze LiDAR point cloud data to provide detailed reporting, to include: digital elevation, terrain analysis, slope, HLZ placement, LOS reference, compound analysis, and spatial reference map graphics via PowerPoint, KMZ/KML, and CSV.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 1 year Intelligence Analysis experience;

OR

Undergraduate degree with at least 2 years of Intelligence Analysis experience;

OR

HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 4 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.

Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills.

Ability to manage assigned tasks and coordination of projects; ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.

Experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders.

Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.

Shift work required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder.

Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPCIA-II, GPCGA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc).

GPC-F qualified or willingness to take the examination.
