Lockheed Martin Integrated Logistics Support Management Manager (Level 5) in Fort Worth, Texas

As a member of the Sustainment Operations – Sustainment Program Integration team, this manager position supervises a deployed team of integrated logistics support managers (ILSM) assigned to multiple Combat Air and Air Mobility program teams. Based in Ft Worth, TX this position will serve as the leader of the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe Region sustainment requirements for F-35, F-16, F-22, C-130, P-3 and ADP. This leader will build relationships between ILSMs, program management, customers, and the capability delivery teams to ensure comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, and support requirements meet contractual obligations. This leader will review and provide timely status of projects, manage schedules, metrics, and budget execution within assigned area of responsibility to help make decisions for program success.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

•Bachelor's or Above Degree
•Experience with sustainment elements and experience with performance-based logistics.
•Experience presenting to both internal and external customers.
•Prior Leadership roles or responsibilities.
•Experience fostering partnerships and leveraging horizontal integration skills to yield enterprise-level results.
•Experience establishing effective measurement and decision-making techniques, leveraging both earned value and appropriate technical data.
•Acquisition and proposal process experience.
•Program/Project management experience.
•Previous experience with combat air or air mobility Customers
• Experience with performance-based metrics and how those metrics relate to sustainment core competencies.
•Knowledge of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships.
•Must possess exceptional communication and expectation setting skills with executive level personnel, colleagues and subordinates.
•Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, affordability, adaptability.
