Textron Project Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Infrastructure team as a Project Coordinator, ensuring the successful execution of Enterprise impacting projects. In this role, you will function as the focal point for gathering, maintaining and publishing the project status for all IT projects within your area of responsibility. The selected candidate will have strong process skills and be self-starting.
Tracks the latest status on project tasks
Proactively identifies potential issues in scheduled due dates or costs and provides reporting to the stakeholders of the issues.
Creates and maintains reports and dashboards for all assigned projects.
Coordinates testing, change control, communication, and training processes are properly executed
Coordinate project management activities including, but not limited to, analysis and associated decision making to support process improvement and project execution.
Analyzes and suggests improvements to Project standards/procedures to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Project Management Office
Other duties as assigned
Two or more years of IT related experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience participating on project team or leading projects
Currently pursuing or agree to begin pursuing a technical bachelor’s degree within 6 months of joining Textron

Demonstrated ability to perform project analysis with oversight
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to translate customer needs into business/functional requirements
