In this Framingham, MA based hybridSr. Technical Recruiter role, you will have a direct impact on the evolution of the IT team at TJX! Supporting critical roles and global IT initiatives, challenging the status quo, and accelerating change.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full recruitment life cycle, supporting both U.S. and global based requisitions

  • Build an internal brand and act as trusted advisor within IT, by providing competitive market intelligence which drives innovative hiring strategies and solutions

  • Influence, collaborate and be a thought partner to the business, Human Resources and other Recruiting peers globally

  • Develop IT sourcing strategies for both current and forecasted needs; test new or innovative ways to build diverse talent pipelines

  • Assess and hire a diversified mix of IT talent for a variety of technical roles within SLA’s

  • Represent TJX as an “Employer of Choice” in the external market by advocating for TJX culture and values and implementing strategies, which support the development of an IT employment value proposition

  • Deliver outstanding hiring experience to all partners, including candidates and Hiring Managers

  • Develop communication plans and activities proactively

  • Solve sophisticated problems and anticipate challenges in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting technical roles (Engineering, Cyber Security, and/or Product roles), with demonstrable ability to fill openings within SLA

  • Role models a growth mindset, and uses a “how might we” approach

  • Demonstrates professional maturity, accepts feedback, and resilience

  • Must have “hunter” mindset related to finding talent, and tests innovative ways to build talent pipelines

  • Possess demonstrable knowledge of market trends and the ability to translate them into measurable recruitment plans

  • Ability to establish relationships and be a trusted business partner

  • Shows accountability by follow up and follow through, high drive for results and proactive approach to work

  • Demonstrates creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
