ManpowerGroup Part-Time Maintenance Tech in Fullerton, California
Manpower is in search of an Experienced General Maintenance Technician to work Part Time for an apartment complex in the city of Fullerton, CA.
What's in for you?
Part-Time opportunity
3 days week- 8 hours a day
For example: Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays from 8am-5pm.
8:00am - 5:00pm
Payrate of $22/hour
What you'll be doing:
Paint vacant apartments
Remove rubbish from vacant apartments and within the residential area such as common area, parking lot, pool area.
Landscaping
Cleaning of the pool
Using property cleaning supplies
Light basic electrical
Light Basic plumbing
Light Basic construction such as; dry wall.
What you need in order to qualify:
Previous experience as a Maintenance worker for a residential community
Great attendance without any issues for the first 30days
Ability to pass a Background check & Drug screen
Bilingual in English & Spanish
