Shift Available: Rotating
Monitoring and maintaining the input of production of all fill lines and receiving for the plant
Take a proactive role in creating policies and procedures when necessary and communicating any issues that prevent the plant from achieving scheduled production
Coordinate with operations, shipping, and quality to stay informed of all production requirements
Follow up with crew leaders and supervision on production shortages or problems
Identify root causes of shrink and system discrepancies and create corrective actions to address
Assist in input of production information for shrink reports and end of month inventories and distribute the various reports to the appropriate people
Makes all system adjustments for inventory control purposes. Manages waste logs, completion, and feedback. Adjusts for all cycle counts and directs cycle counts as needed
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned

Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
High school diploma or GED equivalent or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
Experience with SAP or alternative inventory systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
Work experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment
Ability to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
