Pfizer Medical CRM Enablement Lead in Global Remote, United States

Role Summary

This role will be responsible for driving Medical Customer Facing Enablement services across Medical Affairs for all BUs and regions. The Medical Customer Facing Enablement Lead will be responsible for the design, governance and communications for the Medical CRM systems. They will strategically collaborate with the Medical Operations Partners (MOPs), Regional Leads across Customer Facing Enablement, Service Design Owners, Medical Affairs Leads, Medical Excellence Leads and other key stakeholders, to deliver and activate key global services for Medical Affairs, including:

  • Operationalizing and driving continuous improvements across Medical Affairs CRM systems, processes and operations, including OneMed (Veeva Medical CRM) and MEDIC CRM system

  • Governance of Medical CRM systems, including request and change management and prioritization

  • Driving adoption and change management for CRM, including the geographic expansion of OneMed

  • Ensuring cross-BU and geographic alignment in our CRM systems wherever possible to enable simplicity and Our Collective Advantage, whilst meeting all local legal and compliance requirements.

  • Development and evolution of the roadmap for Medical CRM at Pfizer through partnership with the Customer Facing Enablement Vertical Lead, Service Design Owners and BM 3.3 Agile Teams, Medical Operations Partners and Medical Affairs stakeholders.

  • Collaboration with Digital, the Medical Content Enablement team, Analytics team and other Biopharma Operations teams on any interfaces between CRM and content management, analytics and other systems in order to meet the needs of Medical Affairs teams.

  • Responsible for the creation of standard training materials and user guides for Medical Affairs colleagues for the use of technologies within this vertical

  • Responsible for ensuring Medical CRM systems meet all the compliance and legal requirements to clearly separate commercial and medical activities, metrics and independence.

  • Collaborate with the Medical operations Partners, Medical Affairs Leaders, Medical Governance, Global Medical Quality Governance and other key stakeholders to enable and inform updates to Policies, Procedures & Addendums, implementation / deployment / training of enhancements and supporting execution of local corporate audits.

  • Collaborate with data stewards to ensure that our CRM platforms have the required high quality HCP master databases, and support processes for data correction and improvement

The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to improving HCP engagement and supporting Medical Affairs, strong communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand and optimize processes and drive alignment and change.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred

  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience

  • Experience of Medical Affairs systems, processes and operations required

  • Excellent understanding of Veeva Medical CRM required

  • Cross-BU and/or diversity of job experiences

  • Proven track record of delivering business performance
