This position will be responsible for scheduling, billing, and entering feed data into the MTech program. Applicant must be very detail oriented, double-check entries to ensure 100% accuracy of billing data. Reliability is vital to this position. Candidate must be trustworthy with confidential information, have a strong understanding of computer programs and processes, be a quick learner, and be able to successfully accomplish goals without constant daily supervision. Candidate also will train as a backup for another data entry position and may occasionally be tasked with other duties, such as organizing files and other miscellaneous office duties.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday, approximately 6am until 2pm with occasional weekend/holiday hours required.
50% Creating, organizing, and producing feed delivery tickets and schedules so that farms do not run out of feed.
20% Answering feed inventory calls and feed outage calls from farms, field supervisors, and drivers.
10% Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and pick-ups with the contracted feed delivery fleet
10% Entering feed ticket amounts, inventories, and other information into computer
5% Creating list of feed needed from production and when needed by
5% Investigating feed issues and assisting with other duties as assigned.
This position is posted internally as well as externally.
Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Minimum a High School diploma or GED
Working experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits teamwork and flexibility
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of proficiency with written and spoken English
Ability to handle varied workloads, especially during busy periods
2 Year'ss degree
Experience in undertaking accounts payment processing and reconciliation
Experience using M-Tech system
Experience with scheduling feed
