Develop and present sound rate recommendations to internal business leaders quarterly
Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections
Provide input on market strategy, including but not limited to competitive analyses, ad hoc actuarial studies, and other market specific projects
Become a trusted resource to our business leaders and other non-actuarial partners
Prepare and submit commercial rate filings

2+ years of Actuarial experience
Advanced or higher proficiency in MS Excel
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal forms of communication.
Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Previous health rate filing and/or pricing expertise
Experience presenting the results of actuarial models/studies to internal business partners and/or external clients
Experience with Stop Loss or Level Funded products
At least a basic level of proficiency with VBA, MS Access, SQL (Structured Query Language), and/or SAS (Statistical Analysis System)

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
