Job Description
Field Service Representative II to support both US Navy test requirements at the Navy Base (NUWC) in Middletown Rhode Island and the BAE Systems Operations/Program Lab inNashua NH.Dynamic Opportunity for a self-starter with test and integration background who enjoys travel and customer interactions working as part of a team at a US Navy customer facility supporting large Submarine Sonar hardware in a Hydro Static test environment. This position requires travel from BAE Systems NH for approximately two weeks out of the month for customer support and hardware tests at the NUWC Middletown RI facility.
Primary FSR responsibilities involve the testing of large Submarine Sonar hardware in Hydro Static pressure tanks following test procedures and coordinating test steps with customer tank personnel. Knowledge of unit under test experience and monitors and resolves recurring complex problems as they arise.Successful candidate will perform Testing, Troubleshooting and Analysis on Hardware under test environment. Candidate should possess a strong technical knowledge and aptitude to use and learn software analysis tools for running and analyzing system results. Proficient using Lab Test Equipment (O'Scope, Analyzer) associated with fault diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Field Engineer 2 must be able to read/understand wiring diagrams and schematics. Must possess strong administrative abilities to perform root cause analysis and enhance systems/component field turnaround time and reliability.Documents test results and customer information to support product quality and sell-off to customer at test facility. Candidate must possess a Active Secret Security clearance; and be eligible to obtain facility clearance thru the NUWC Navy base. FSR Interfaces directly with customer, professional and courteous at all times as individual represents BAE Systems at test and sell-off of hardware.Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with other lab personnel.

Proficient using Electronic Test Equipment.
Electronics Test/Troubleshooting Experience

Current Secret Security Clearance
Experienced in H/W and S/W systems integration
