Cerner Clinical Consultant in Kansas City, Missouri
As an Ambulatory Clinical Consultant for Cerner's Federal team, you will partner with Cerner client clinical stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements. Provide clinical guidance and expertise to clients and internal project teams using your clinical expertise. Consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows. Facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change. Manage and own the client’s value measurement plan. Support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met in order to deliver value to the client as committed. Lead client meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology.

At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies or Healthcare
At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience

At least 1 year of healthcare information technology project management, sales or consulting experience
At least 4 years of people management experience
Willing to travel up to 60-80% if necessary
