What does this role look like?
You will have the opportunity to support a variety of activities in the area of strategic planning and external technology partnerships. As part of the External Technology Partnerships team, you will interface with researchers and technology leaders across the enterprise to understand technology needs, and also have the opportunity to learn and apply advanced research tools when exploring trends and capabilities within the global marketplace. You’ll also have the opportunity to interface with members of the University Engagement Team, including Engineering and Human Resources and Recruiting personnel. Representative activities include the tracking of ongoing University Research engagements, Small Business Innovation Research projects, and the development and analysis of technology roadmaps, identifying key technology gaps, targeted investment areas and insertions.
Actively enrolled in a core engineering or science discipline from an accredited college/university. This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen
Knowledge of data analytics and/or data science techniques. Prior Lockheed Martin internship with exposure to programs and products. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
