Fiserv Senior Training Specialist in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

The Partner Solutions Learning Organization is responsible for developing training programs and content for both partners and Fiserv associates. Senior Training Specialists offer training services to our partners, their staff, and internal associates on topics such as Fiserv tools, protocols, and procedures. This is done through tailored curriculums, live and recorded training, as well as creating comprehensible documents and job aids. In addition, trainers collaborate with their peers and Fiserv partners to identify knowledge gaps and enhance Fiserv’s quality of resources.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with Retail and Wholesale partners to promote and support their satisfaction by increasing Fiserv solution awareness and sharing best practice recommendations to help them attain business success. This role is critical to the success of our ISO partners, with an opportunity to assist Full-Service Provider (FSP) Partners, internal Operations, Service, and Help Desk associates. You will enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively with other training specialists, internal peers and colleagues, and subject matter experts to meet the highest quality standards in client education.

Role and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Design, enhance, and conduct training programs and content for Fiserv clients and internal associates

• Collaborate with internal business groups to learn and train

• Train and convey modules with clarity, precision, control, and confidence

• Communicate a wide range of topics including, but not limited to, Fiserv procedures, protocols, tools, operational areas (i.e., settlement, disputes, etc.) and industry trends

• Have a thorough understanding of subject matters

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge

• Perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with hard deadlines

• Exercise adaptability in scheduling needs and training topics

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education

• Exhibits a passion for learning and teaching

• Strong industry knowledge

• Ability to empathize and understand client needs

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct client-facing relationship role

• Knowledge of the following Fiserv processes, platforms, and tools (preferred, not required):

o Omaha and North Platforms

o Boarding and account maintenance

o PASO Residual Module and Reports

o AccessOne

o Merchant Manager

o CoPilot

o 3270/ZD Screens

Travel Required: 25%
