What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research, and problem/dispute resolution.

Accountabilities

  • Primary agent for Incoming calls
  • Shipping and weather delay outbound calls
  • Incoming work item and email queues
  • Basic submission of customer cases: entry for damages, credits, returns, etc. and
  • Processing, research, and resolution of customer case requests as applicable
  • Proficient Order entry
  • AMI portal data entry and management
  • Shipment tracking
  • Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Yellow Belt training
  • Mastering Customer Service daily operating systems
  • Basic Microsoft product usage: Outlook a must and basic to intermediate Excel spreadsheet usage and basic to intermediate Word document usage.
  • Local IT tickets for issue resolution
  • Basic Prospect/Lead generation in customer relationship management system for basic account set up functions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required
