Publix Corporate Integrated Marketing Manager in Lakeland, Florida


Position Title:

Corporate Integrated Marketing Manager




Lakeland, FL between Orlando and Tampa


As a Corporate Integrated Marketing Manager, you will develop and direct marketing communication plans supporting corporate campaigns. This includes executing communication strategies and leading the development of integrated promotional campaigns for product, service, and brand awareness initiatives. You will also help determine channel effectiveness and channel optimization to maximize return on marketing investments to assure efficient use of allocated budgets.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • manages corporate communication channel budget plans for customer- and associate-directed marketing campaigns.

  • leverages data and insights from overall integrated channel performance reports provided by Digital Marketing Analytics and external suppliers

  • collaborates with marketing sub-departments to ensure campaign assets align with communication strategies and objectives

  • builds and manages effective relationships with external suppliers

  • coaches and mentors Corporate Integrated Marketing Coordinators on assigned projects and campaigns

  • dedicates time to support Marketing innovation and quality improvement

  • manages special Marketing Communications projects as assigned

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus:

71,695 -108,095



Year End Bonus:

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • at least four (4) years of combined Marketing Communications experience in developing marketing communication plans, media planning and managing project budgets

  • knowledge of marketing principles, processes, tools, techniques and marketing communications planning

  • knowledge of consumer behaviors and trends

  • knowledge of various production methods for print, broadcast (TV/radio), social, digital, etc.

  • knowledge of the effectiveness, strengths, limitations and basic relative costs of various media channels (i.e. TV, radio, newspaper, magazine, out of home, social, digital, street teams, etc.)

  • attention to detail

  • budget management skills

  • excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

  • project management skills

  • experience using analyzing market research data, media, financial data (including sales reports and coupon redemption information), consumer research and database trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • six (6) or more years of combined Marketing Communications experience in developing marketing communication plans, media planning, and managing project budgets including marketing experience in a large company/ retailer

  • knowledge of the grocery industry and competitors

  • knowledge of multicultural communications

  • basic corporate knowledge of Retail operations
