What does a phenomenal Client Service Partner IV, Open Solutions do?
The Service Management team within the Fiserv Open Solution Division takes great pride in extraordinary service and provides our clients service with a focus on consulting, pro-active support and project management capacity. As a primary Fiserv liaison, the clients will rely on you to lead the support, maintenance and project management of their technology solutions, so they can focus on their growing business. Scope of responsibility includes working with the client to build their unique engagement plan and delivering superior service based upon agreed plan. You will provide recommendations for streamlined communications, work with internal resources to deliver on operational dedications and provide regular updates to client staff and senior management.
The Senior Service Partner role will give you the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of skills and work with various departments across Fiserv to help the client meet their financial strategies. This is a very meaningful and rewarding position and can lead to growth opportunities within the company. As the client’s champion, you will work with all levels of their organization, and ours. You will also have the support of the entire Service Partner team who are eager to collaborate, and assist with obstacles if needed.
In this role as a Service Partner IV for our Open Solutions team, you will be a fully dedicated Service Partner for two identified clients and will require on site presence minimally once a quarter. Initially, the engagement may require more on site presence.
As a Service Partner IV, you will be responsible for:
Work with Client management to understand their strategic direction
You will partner with Clients to create the ‘engagement’ by meeting with all areas of their business and determining what should be included
We need you to communicate and set Client expectations about the program and build and improve the Client relationship everyday
You will be establishing mechanisms to set and manage expectations and ensure on-going control of the program.
Since you are responsible for Client happiness, you will meet with them frequently to review and prioritize open cases and to learn about new developments and plans for their business to identify opportunities for additional revenue and/or services to support customer initiatives
We will have you work with internal departments and management if necessary to ensure client priorities are understood, and resources are executing on dedications
We also want you to balance Client needs with business realities
Ability to travel 30%

Qualifications for consideration:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and on the job experience
3+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Implementations, and integrations experience required.
3+ years of experience in a client facing, client engagement role.
Fiserv knowledge within the Financial Industry space.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Prior experience with DNA and Fiserv surround products.
