Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Team Leader in McLeansville, North Carolina
Acts as a work leader in the Customer Services Department to coordinate workflow of 4 or more Customer Service Representatives. Researches, troubleshoots, follows-up, and resolves account inquiries and problems. Provides guidance and expertise to work group in resolving customer problems. Trains new employees. Assigns and reviews work of assigned employees including scheduling and prioritizing. Working under minimal supervision, reports to Supervisor Customer Service.
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
