The Dow Chemical Companyhas an exciting opportunity for an*Internal and Corporate Talent Communications Digital Marketer *located in Midland, MI.

The Internal and Corporate Talent Communications Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with Employee Comms, Human Resources (HR) Comms and Retiree Comms, Health Comms, and Talent Attraction/Recruiting to develop a comprehensive approach to potential, current and past talent on our online enterprise communication platforms. This would include creating a content strategy for talent, consolidating and recommending cohesive content to ensure we represent One Dow to potential, current and past talent. S(he) will serve as digital marketing counsel and support to the Employee Comms team as they communicate externally with current and past Dow employees. This individual will also support Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) by connecting and improving internal communication technologies as we make recommendations to the company regarding how intra-company communications should be done (content topics, conversation types, and internal channels) to reinforce Future Dow’s EX culture and strategy.

The Internal and Corporate Talent Communications Digital Marketing Manager will be able to operate in a rapidly evolving environment, have a high attention to detail, and have the capacity to both think and do. S(he) will understand user-experience, be a self-starter, have good judgment, and be able to work in partnership with project management to ensure the effective implementation and success of digital and content initiatives.

The individual will consult with corporate communications managers on the effective use of marketing tactics such as SEO/SEM, campaign management, social media, email, and mobile to support and achieve business goals with Dow’s talent audience group. S(he) will be expected to know how to generate engagement across the decision journey, and provide counsel on internal channel content marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 3-6 years of progressive content marketing or digital marketing experience.

  • Experience in digital communication channels focusing on content marketing, engagement, and retention.

  • Familiar with technologies common to an internal communication/collaboration and marketing enterprise stack.

  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. >
