We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Business / Quality Analyst as part of the OptumRx Member Experience Governance and Advocacy (OMEGA) data governance team. This position will support all lines of OptumRx business to help drive marketing operations quality improvements, with an emphasis on data quality assurance process and procedures.

Identify improvements to the OMEGA data quality assurance process - implement enhancements to improve systematic data quality processes and governance
Evaluates and executes quality assurance processes to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are in compliance and being adhered to
Increase communication and campaign project accuracy rates and reduce quality risks by auditing data files and associated marketing communication project material(s)
Define, track, and deliver key quality success measures related to accuracy and timeliness of data governance reviews and associated projects
Monitor performance and quality control plans to review and identify any issues or ways to improve data quality associated with member and provider communication projects
Partner and consult with all internal and external cross functional teams (e.g. marketing technology & analytics, marketing project management, fulfillment, email operations, creative designers, marketing managers, and client services) to reduce errors by identifying and eliminating underlying systemic risks

3+ years marketing communication experience, or related field, with an emphasis in quality and procedures
2+ years of people management experience
Experience with developing processes, quality standards and adherences
Proven ability to complete analysis and/or escalation to resolve non-standard requests and complex problems
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Solid track record leading a team; Experience coaching and developing highly engaged teams
Solid track record of embracing continuous improvement methodologies and driving detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight
Demonstrates strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $25.63 to $45.72. The hourly range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.27 to $50.29. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
