UnitedHealth Group Senior HRIS Analyst - Minnetonka, MN in Minnetonka, Minnesota

The Sr. Human Capital Systems Analyst will serve as a point of contact for the Total Rewards Center of Excellence by developing, enhancing and maintaining Human Capital systems. We are looking for someone with technical knowledge of Human Capital systems to develop and implement technical and functional solutions through research and analysis of data, business processes and HR systems capabilities. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer Cloud Compensation system, ensuring the compensation system is updated with the most recent employee data at all times in order to maintain its integrity

  • Perform user maintenance of the Cloud Compensation system, ensuring it provides a positive employee experience and addresses business requirements

  • Plan and configure enhancements based on business requirements

  • Scope and size business change requests and enhancements

  • Provide consulting and business analysis support

  • Complete functional testing and provide UAT support

  • Review configuration issues and perform break-fix activities

  • Assess, plan and execute quarterly HCM cloud environment updates

  • Submit, manage and track cloud vendor service requests

  • Manage the cloud operational dashboards to provide the agreed levels of service, to proactively improve service delivery and availability

  • Act as liaison between Human Capital and IT

  • Monitor integrations between cloud vendor systems and key internal technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Human Resource systems and/or Cloud System Administration

  • Cloud HCM knowledge

  • Experience with implementation and support to include: requirements gathering, test conditions and execution

  • Knowledge of HR business processes, HR data and HR systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits)

  • OTBI and BI Publisher report creation

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology

  • Project Management experience
