The Technology Specialist role is to provide computer and technical advice and counsel to IT and customer management and IT project teams; expertise is normally required as it relates to the most complex problems as well as for new and existing systems development and support efforts.
Responsibilities vary, but may include one or more of the following duties:
Leads in design of architecting Digital Identity solutions using IAM related protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Microsoft Azure.
Develops detailed architecture solution designs reflecting application consumption of Digital Identity solutions and enterprise business logic.
Provides technical guidance to application development teams. Consults on integration and conversion activities.
Conducts reviews, and analyses organizational needs and goals to develop and implement applications.
Stay abreast of Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry developments and continue to develop professionally.
Become the go to technical advisor to a small Federation team as they need technical guidance and decision in a complex IAM environment
Moderate travel required (5% - 15% of working time)
Experience implementing solutions with OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Knowledge of Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies.
Software integration experience with representational state transfer (REST) software architectural style.
Evaluate business, process, systems, and technology requirements and solidify solution designs around Digital Identity.
Knowledge of common IAM Solutions such as ADFS, Azure AD, Azure B2C, Ping Federate
Microservice architecture and API gateway knowledge.
Working knowledge on OAuth 2.0 grant types to secure microservices.
This position can be on-site in Dallas, Texas; Nashville, Tennessee; or East Peoria, Illinois.
