We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Global Digital & Social Strategy to be located in any of our J&J locations or remotely.
The Senior Manager, Global Digital & Social Strategy will work with Leader Digital Strategy & Content Activation to strategize and imagine best in class digital campaigns and content, and lead across businesses and matrix to push forward thinking digital strategic content; positioning JJMDC as a healthcare leader, raising our reputation, and positively pushing our business objectives forward.
Brainstorming, planning and executing key JJMDC proactive digital media strategies
Maintaining and growing strong understanding of current industry, market and technology trends affecting the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices reputation, franchises and brands
Lead global digital strategy and base knowledge of policies affecting different regions
Implement trainings, content development, learnings and relationships with key digital platforms/influencers/advocates
Oversee digital editorial calendars/lead agency relationships
Direct strategy, content and post on JJMD’s social platforms and website (LinkedIn/Twitter)
Education: A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
A minimum 7 years of experience is required.
Intimate knowledge of digital media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
Experience running paid digital campaigns/targeting is required.
Experience working in highly regulated environment is preferred.
The ability to work across a matrixed organization is required.
Experience in content creation i.e. illustrator, Photoshop, video editing a preferred.
Experience within Media Relations, Communications, Public Affairs is preferred.
Strategic thinking skills within a communications function is preferred.
Understanding audiences related to digital, and social is preferred.
Travel of up to 10% is required.
