We are so excited to begin building our team for the brand new Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in O'Fallon, Illinois. Who would we consider the ideal candidate? Well that's easy! We want someone with a welcoming personality who understands when our guest come through the door, our job is to make them feel right at home! We want a team player who knows that to achieve the overall goals of a hotel you can't do it alone, we do it as a team. Someone who takes great pride in not only their appearance but in knowing that others are relying on you so you're prompt and have great attention to detail. Above all, someone who definitely enjoys chatting the with guests and building relationships! Prior Marriott systems experience is a super plus!
Previous hotel front desk experience is a must.
