Lockheed Martin Associate Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program Administrator (level 1) in Orlando, Florida


This position reports into the Functional Operations team of the South East Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC). The role is to manage all aspects of the Missiles and Fire Control Purchasing Card program. Responsibilities include reviewing card applications, issuing purchasing cards to approved applicants, training new card holders on how to properly use their cards, ensuring cardholders follow P-Card policies and procedures, and creating various reports about the P-Card Program's status for the Finance team, SEMAC Leadership team, and the Program's Controller. Additionally, the P-Card administrator must act in a customer service capacity by answering questions and helping to resolve any issues that the P-Card holders may encounter with their P-card.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education

Previous Experience with MS Office Products, Outlook & Skype – have the ability to share screens for training & problem solving with cardholders, create & update newsletters and procedures in MS Word, create PPT presentations and Excel reports

Experience tracking data and providing required reports in a timely & accurate manner

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with the Purchasing Card program: Experience with LM Procure to Pay (P2P), Vendor Research and P-Card reconciliation process

Strong Customer Service mindset, with consistent & timely follow up and the ability to problem solve and provide solutions

Experience with procurement, purchasing and/or supply chain

Demonstrate sound judgment and tact, with the ability to follow P-Card policies and provide guidance to cardholders

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written, verbal and presentation), organizational and analytical skills

Detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining accurate files and email folders

Proven ability to work independently

Highly motivated and self-directed
