This position is for a Software Engineering Technical Lead who is a subject matter expert in architecting and developing software for tactical missiles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and be a subject matter expert in the following areas:

1) Software architecture

2) Designing, coding, integrating, and testing embedded software for tactical missiles, including implementing guidance and control algorithms

3) Performing as the software engineering technical lead for significant software development efforts, including the development of software for tactical missiles

4) Testing missile software, including simulations, HWIL, and flight tests.

Basic Qualifications:

Extensive experience and expertise in software architecture.

Extensive experience and expertise in full lifecycle development of embedded software for tactical missiles, including experience implementing guidance and control algorithms.

Experience acting as the software engineering technical lead for a large program.

Extensive experience in developing embedded applications in C++.

Extensive experience in the testing of missile software, including simulations, HWIL, and flight tests.

Desired Skills:

Experience with software assurance.

Experience with safety critical software development.
