CVS Health Pharmacy Operations Manager LTC Full Time 1396804 in Peabody, Massachusetts

Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting operations objectives throughout the LTC division structure. The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting pharmacy operation practices as they apply to Omnicare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies and Procedures (P&Ps), and current best practices and standardization of these procedures, and operational initiatives as assigned.

This position will also assist with the integration and consolidation of our Eaton Apothecary Pharmacies into Omnicare.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of business areas and high ability to identify and resolve problems

Excellent change leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills training,

Excellent understanding of work flow

Ability to multi task and work on several projects simultaneously

Ability to influence and guide non direct reports on change management

Ability to function independently, possess flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with customers, internal managers, all personnel, and support organizations

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, follow up and resolution

Experience with identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems

Ability to set, maintain and meet strict deadlines

Ability to build credible relationships with management teams and business partners

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of our operating systems along with CFRX, MMP, TCGRx, DX and DI.

Prior management experience.


High School Diploma or equivalent and at least five (5) years of experience in pharmacy operations management
