This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with the recruiting team to effectively manage all matters independently.
In this role, the Interview Specialist will focus on scheduling a high volume of interviews and providing administrative support. This is a long-term virtual contract opportunity supporting our insurance client. Candidates MUST reside in Pacific Time Zone.
Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.
Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.)
Build and optimize external supplier relationships to drive supplier performance and ensure adherence to program processes and contractual obligations.
Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications - External
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivilant
Minimum Required Experience: 1-2 year in a business or office environment
Must be comfotable handling high volume phone screens
Strong typing skills while documenting candidate responses
Ability to effectively listen and type simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to partner and deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
Utilizes variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to and support new work structures, processes, or cultures.
Demonstrates follow-up skills.
