Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Senior Advertising Analytics and Ad Ops Manager

About the Role
As the Senior Advertising Analytics Manager you will be primarily be responsible for building the framework that enables Oracle’s next generation advertising analytics. You will own the day to day delivery of key milestones and working with the media channels teams, marketing analytics team and Mar Tech to deliver next generation insights. The ideal candidate is a team player, problem-solver, and idea generator with a firm understanding of not only BI tools, publishers, pixels, floodlights but how advertising generates leads, opportunities and won business. Build the framework and model for each channel to ensure all ad tracking functions are enabled including floodlights, brand safety wrappers, pixels, tracking URLs, etc.
Train channel team members on ensuring instrumentation is properly established during trafficking activities.
Develop and implement a set of dashboards and comprehensive data model utilizing Oracle Analytics to provide our global teams the capability to analyze lead funnel / campaigns / tactics / channels / website performance as well as give executive leadership key insights to understand impact and determine how best to optimize investments.
Conduct ad hoc reporting with insightful recommendations.
Define a holistic marketing database management strategy that supports data unification and access across our internal systems, ensures data quality, and enforces governance and measurement.
You will deliver advanced insights to help advertisers achieve their objectives and unlock business opportunities.
Bachelors Degree MS in economics, marketing, engineering preferred.
8 year’s experience in marketing, advertising, B2B and/or Tech
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated use of marketing science techniques tailored to meet business needs.
Strong attention to detail with organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bias for action. You see the big picture and understand the complexity inside Oracle. You are willing work in an agile environment.
You believe in quality over quantity, and ground your recommendations in insights, research, and experimentation.
You possess a "test and learn" mindset.
Experience in Agile Methodology is a big plus.
You have experience in Adobe Analytics, Oracle Infinity, Eloqua and publisher data.
