Oracle Oracle Change Navigation Manager in Quincy, Massachusetts
An entry-level management position responsible for providing quality work products on customer engagements while managing a small team of consultants. Has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Ensure that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and overall business results for area of responsibility. Provides coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Typically manages individual contributors. Demonstrates multiple business process expertise within one product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for one technology product and understand cross stack impacts.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience and 1 year of engagement/team leadership experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

o Plan, develop and execute the Change Navigation deliverables such as the Change Navigation Strategy, Communication Plan, End User Enablement Plan and Change Connector

A Day in the Life
*Strategize: *Managers will develop the overall Change Navigation strategy, communication plan, training plan and transition plans for their projects. Managers will lead customer engagement with senior stakeholders at the VP, Sr VP and C-level, establish trust and confidence in our capabilities, team, and methodology. Managers will be viewed as trusted advisors who can clearly articulate what it’s like to manage a Cloud implementation and how it’s different than a traditional system implementation.
Analyze: Managers will lead the team’s effort to constantly assess the effectiveness of the change effort. Managers will oversee the development of stakeholder engagement and analysis, action items to increase understanding and adoption and assess readiness for go-live.
Execute:Managers will lead their team’s efforts to execute against the plans by coaching, motivating and providing examples to expedite the work. Managers will lead by example in demonstrating our ability to deliver.
Build the practice: Manage will help build the Change Navigation practice by contributing to methodology, assets, knowledge sharing and developing talent. Managers will sell through delivery excellence. Managers will be good stewards of our talent and lead internal practice calls, learning sessions and talent development.
To be successful in this role, you:
Possess 5-10 years of management consulting change leadership experience
Have a curious mind and demonstrate a passion for customer service, delivery excellence and developing talent
Are self-starter,confident and driven with strong organizational skills
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport
Have excellent presentation skills coupled with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner
Have a proven ability to work with uncertainty, navigate ambiguous situations and solve complex problems
Are able to travel in the future, if required
