Pfizer Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Biopharma in Remote, United States

ROLE SUMMARY

You'll have a key role to play in an organization that has people at its heart. You will develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and retain prospective talented employees. Starting from sourcing the candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating employment factors to salary recommendations, you will manage the full recruitment cycle to meet business needs. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Biopharma will take on special recruitment projects as needed to support client groups.

  • Become credible, trusted talent advisor to Biopharma client groups.

  • Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.

  • Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates.

  • Manage the offer process for internal and external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development.

  • Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals and follow recruitment guidelines and processes to insure compliance.

  • Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques.

  • Effectively integrate diversity and veteran recruitment into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.

  • Develop an understanding of Pfizer's Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market place.

  • Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience required.

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience or relevant HR experience

  • Must have demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and all HR coworkers associated with your client groups.

  • Must have experience using an ATS, Workday preferred

  • Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated direct sourcing experience.

  • Experience in a direct recruiter role internally within Pfizer or within a large corporate environment.

  • Prior recruitment experience supporting Pharmaceutical Commercial, Strategy, Commercial Operations, or similar recruitment, including but not limited to Marketing, Brand Management, Internal Consulting, Sales, and/or Medical.
