Join the team as part of our partnership with Adventist Health. This strategic alignment and a shared goal to improve quality of care and patient experience assume day-to-day management of Adventist Health’s clinical applications IT team.
As a Solution Architect, you provide venue expertise to Patient Access teams at Adventist Health locations during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. Consult with clients on current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. Success is driven by providing client partners solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support. You will also resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise and resolve client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or solution application.

At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education including
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Science, Health Care Administration, Communications, Business, Management, Marketing; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of software implementation work experience
At least 1 year of patient access work experience
At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) work experience
Must live in or around the Roseville, CA area
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
