Job Description:

As a Manager, Digital Analytics. You will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth. This position will be US remote or based in Stamford, CT. The position reports to the Senior Director, Digital Analytics, and coordinates with global and cross-functional marketing stakeholders on our digital initiatives.

You will:

As a Manager, Digital Analytics your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Web Analytics

  • Responsible for Digital Experience Analytics execution for Pitneybowes Corporate digital analytics marketing functional team against our digital experiences, with a focus on web analytics for pitneybowes.com

  • Work with stakeholders to develop measurement plans that are aligned to business objectives and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey by improving the customer experience

  • Identify data patterns, performance trends and site usability to provide actionable insights in a clear and succinct manner

  • Work with stakeholders to execute recommended actions and then measure the success of each action

  • Proactively recommend and then develop dashboards

  • Assist in campaign optimization across various channels, including SEM, SEO, social, programmatic, email, direct mail etc.

  • Create key performance indicators and develop dashboards and visualizations to illustrate key metrics and explain trends against these KPI’s

  • Web Test and Learn

  • Manage the testing/optimization and customer insight programs to champion our testing discipline across the customer experience footprint

  • Develop and monitor segmentation strategies to better target and personalize the online experience for our target clients

  • Web Tracking and Tagging

  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across business and technical teams to translate needs into analytics solutions - including data integration, data warehousing, data tagging, agency resources, QA reporting and testing.

  • Manage execution of requests/projects needed to enhance reports and analysis from business partners

  • Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in web and omni-channel analytics

Your background:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a digital analytics capacity

  • BA/BS in marketing, statistics, economics, math, finance, engineering or other related field, advanced degree a plus

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or similar (Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Experience with Adobe Target or similar web optimization tools

  • Analytical thinker with a strong passion for visualization, analysis, and evangelizing data usage

  • Broad understanding of online marketing, including various online media types (display, search, email, social, etc.)

  • Vendor management and project management skills are required

  • Outstanding MS Excel skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be influential, but able to work effectively in a project team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of tag management solutions such as Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Signal, etc. a plus

  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target, Maxymiser, Monetate, Optimizely a plus

  • Experience with Adobe Insight, Power BI, Tableau and other data aggregation platforms is a plus
