The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and deliverables to include projects associated with Community Wellness Team Center optimization and resource planning initiatives. The position will provide a wide variety of support functions to the Community Wellness Team and other areas as assigned to ensure enterprise operational performance goals are met consistently.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the implementation of programs or projects, including planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members, and monitoring progress toward achievement and other projects as assigned


  • Works with manager and partners to gather data for programs

  • Tracking and reports for education programs delivered at partners sites

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordination of marketing activities with Community Wellness Team Staff, Community Outreach, Marketing and Broker Relations Departments and at COSA sites

  • Maintain marketing event calendars on SharePoint

  • Completes and/or gathers event feedback forms to track event expenses

  • Lead tracking and follow up

  • Submits creative services requests

  • Supports manager on marketing campaigns


  • Runs reports in program software to identify new WellMed patients and potential new members

  • Works with manager to identify persons who may become eligible for Medicare or may need to change their Medicare plans or physicians

Other Related Support Duties

  • Performs other related support duties as assigned

  • Responsible for presentation preparation, report production, and/or database management. Utilizes Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Visio, and My Senior

  • CenterSupports marketing and business development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years experience in Business Operations and Customer Service, or related field, with an additional 2+ years experience with tracking, planning projects, and making data-driven analytical decisions

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects with tight deadlines while paying close attention to the details of all the deliverables

  • Experience communicating with senior leaders internal / external to the organization

  • Basic level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Ability to travel up to 10% locally, and access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in business, customer service or healthcare related field

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) language proficiency
