What You Will Be Doing:

  • Operating an industrial loom efficiently

  • Ensuring good product quality

  • Inspecting production runs

  • Ensuing appropriate bobbin colors on the creel

  • Threading yarn along proper path to loom

  • Replacing low bobbins as needed

  • Monitoring inventory of yarns, jute, and cotton to ensure appropriate stock levels

Skills Needed to Be Successful:

  • Ability to work in a physically active job

  • Capability to stand for long hours

  • Be able to climb stairs and ladders

  • Perform frequent heavy lifting

  • Have great hand-eye coordination
