Line of Business Role Description

Bank of America is currently seeking a Provisioning Specialist role to support our mission of providing secure, reliable and innovative payment solutions to our healthcare clients. The Provisioning Specialist role is responsible for fulfilling orders of payment devices and solutions for our clients. This is the ideal position for a process-oriented individual who is capable of multi-tasking under deadlines. This essential role ensures that our clients have a positive onboarding experience. This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive, stock, and track inventory

  • Provision client accounts

  • Pack and ship payment device orders

  • Various data entry tasks

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must be extremely detail oriented and process driven.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.

  • Passionate about quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Prior customer service experience
