Summary of Experience
Knowledge of development process life cycle
Construction in restaurant or retail environment
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Fundamental commercial acumen relating to scope, related project costs and programs
Negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in facility or construction management, architecture, or business-related field
3+ years project administration, including tracking
5 years order management: progressive experience in managing orders through complete order life cycle.
3 years’ experience in the construction or facilities industry
3+ years’ experience using Microsoft365, Smartsheet, and project or construction management – apps.
3+ years vendor/supplier management
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Works effectively with multiple vendors to meet timelines and milestones
Contributes to the success of a high performing team
Basic task and project management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of typical project timelines
Effectively work in ambiguous situations
- Comfort working with database, reporting and order management software
Fundamental Construction Knowledge:
- Familiarity with construction terms, concepts, drawings, and documents
Weekly tracking updates
No Direct reports
Support/Drive - 30 to 40 projects - new and reno, with support to 100 "like for like" request from stores.
